The 2019 expansion added a 12-story hotel tower with 300 rooms, spa and sauna, adult pool, cabanas area, lazy river and 42,000 square feet for new meeting space. Sycuan Casino became the 'Sycuan Casino Resort' on Mawhen a $260 expansion project was completed and opened to the public. At that time Sycuan had grown to 305,000 square feet. In 2011, Sycuan Casino completed a $27 million renovation of the casino expanding the buffet and adding a sports bar. There were two resaurants and a shuttle bus to connect the properties.
With that acquisition Sycuan became a casino, a golf course anad a 120-room hotel. To attract more customers the Sycuan Tribe purchased Singing Hills in 2001. It included 35 poker tables and 20 seats for off-track betting. Business was profitable and the bingo hall was expanded in 1990 to 1,500-seat bingo parlor in a 68,000 square-foot building. Sycuan Casino was opened in 1983 by the Sycuan Tribe as an Indian bingo hall. The Sycuan Casino Resort opened in 2019 with the addition of a AAA Four-Diamond hotel with 300 rooms, a spa, an adult pool, meeting spaces and new restaurants. The casino features 2,300 slot machines, a non-smoking area, 56 table games, 11 poker tables and bingo. Sycuan Casino is an Indian gaming casino owned by the Sycuan Tribe.
